Documenting you and what you love! Brand Photography Sessions are a unique approach to showing the world who YOU are. This is not your typical headshot session! The purpose of these sessions is to get a little more personal with your audience. The images will showcase where your passion for your craft comes from, the authentic spirit behind it all.
The goal with Brand Photography is to create imagery that aligns perfectly with who you are and what you do. We will work to capture the full essence of your brand with photographs, that you can use on any professional platform. The Process:
i. We chat
Simply fill out the contact form and I will be in touch to schedule your Complimentary Consultation to discuss your vision. We will discuss which package best fits your needs. Sessions listed below are just a general starting point and everything can be tailored to what you need. I will then send you an in depth questionnaire to help me better learn about both you and your business.
2. we prepare
Once we lock down a date (or dates), the contract has been reviewed and signed, and retainer paid, we will begin to plan for the session! Session Prep includes, Inspirational Style Board, Customized Shot List, Wardrobe Assistance, Location Scouting if necessary, and a Final Virtual Meet (we can meet over coffee too ;) to be sure no details are missed !
3. The session
We'll meet 10 Minutes prior to your scheduled session. We'll hang the wardrobe selections so they're ready to go, run through how the session will flow, and then you can take a deep breath and leave the rest to me! I will guide you through all of the posing and prompt you to get your most natural and authentic expressions.
4. Image DELIVERY
After images are retouched, I'll send you a private, online gallery to view your images and select which you'd like to download. Additional images beyond what is included in your package are available for additional fee. Once selected all images will be delivered in both high resolution and web sizes, ready to be shared and used on your website and social media platforms! All packages include basic Commercial Use Rights.

The Essential Brand Session
A 2 Hour Session that includes Lifestyle Images, and more focus on what you do or offer. Multiple Wardrobe Changes, and time to include more people, or more of the details that make your brand unique.
Starting at $1350
The Brand Refresh
A 60 Minute Session focusing on the personality behind the brand. Lifestyle images with a few traditional headshots. Perfect for small businesses getting started or in need of a refresh for their professional platforms.
Starting at $750
Customized Brand Session
From Simple Headshots to Half and Full Day Brand Sessions, and Larger Scale Commercial Projects, we will create a package customized to meet your vision.

FAQ
How do I know which package to choose?
This is why it's super important to have the initial Consultation/Discovery Call. We will discuss, in depth, the vision you have for your session, the types of images you're looking for, how many images, how many people will be photographed, and where you will be using them. We will discuss how much time the session will take to capture the essence of your brand. Packages listed are just a starting point and everything can be tailored to what you need.
Please note that Lifestyle Brand Sessions that include more props/sets, multiple people and/or services being photographed will require a minimum of 2 hours.
Where do Sessions take place?
The sky is the limit with location! If you have a physical business location, we can shoot there, my studio, or choose from a selection of other studios (for an additional fee). We will come up with a location that aligns both with your vision, and the aesthetic you'd like to see in your final images.
Please keep in mind your background plays a huge role in how your images will look. We will discuss this more during your complimentary consultation.
Where can I use my Images?
Images from your session are delivered with Limited Commercial Use Rights which will be highlighted in your contract.
Images may be used for Website, Social Media, Advertisement, and any other lawful marketing purpose that does NOT include sale to or use by a third party. More details will be highlighted in your contract.
Additional Licensing Fees may be required for images published and any sale of images must be done through Ember & Birch Photography, LLC
When will I get all of my Images?
Edited Images (Delivered in both High Resolution and Web Sizes) will be delivered to you within 30 days, unless a different timeframe has been discussed.
Larger projects may take longer due to amount of images included with these packages and will be discussed during the initial consultation.
What do I wear and how many outfits should I bring?
During the planning process, and yes we will be in communication a lot during the planning process, we will discuss wardrobe selections that best match the aesthetic we are going for. The number of outfit changes depends on the session length that you choose. Hair and Make Up Services can be added to any session for an additional fee as well!
